About us

We build what municipalities really need

Digital tools for the work of Lebanese municipalities and their unions: simple to use, strict in keeping records, and honest about what they promise.

Our mission

That every Lebanese municipality, small or large, has tools that make its daily work more accurate and clearer, and bring its services closer to citizens. We start with what daily work really needs, build it well, then move on to what comes next.

Why we started with tickets

A traffic ticket is a legal document that can end up in court, yet it is still written by hand in paper booklets. We wanted the first step to be where the benefit shows at once: a correct, readable ticket, a record that does not get lost, and citizens who know what they owe.

What we hold to

  • Arabic first

The system is designed in Arabic from the ground up: right to left, Western digits and the terms of Lebanese municipal work, down to the printed ticket.

  • Privacy

Each municipality's data is separated from the others in the database itself, and our team never sees tickets, violator data or routes. We ask for no address or ID number, the violator's name and phone are optional, and tracking happens during the shift only.

  • Records that cannot be altered

An issued ticket is signed by the phone that issued it and is never edited or deleted. A cancellation needs a written reason and keeps the number, every action is kept in a log that cannot be erased, and a backup is made every day with an independent provider.

  • Works offline

The ticket officer issues and prints tickets and reviews today's tickets without internet, because the phone numbers each ticket itself. The data is stored encrypted on the phone and uploaded automatically when the connection returns.

How we work

  • The field comes first

We design from the work of the ticket officer in the street and the municipal clerk at the counter: in the sun, at night, sometimes with one hand.

  • Simplicity

Fewer screens, fewer fields, large buttons. What is not used has no place.

  • One step at a time

We build one module and get it right before moving to the next. We started with the municipal police and electronic tickets; the other modules follow on the same foundations.

  • Honest about what we promise

We say what is ready and what is still being built. No inflated figures, and no promises we cannot keep.

Why municipalities and their unions

From a small village to a city, from a single municipality to a union: the same system.

  • Municipalities

From a village with a single ticket officer to a city with dozens, and no servers needed at the municipality: a browser on the office computer is enough. Each municipality manages its own ticket officers, staff and phones.

  • Unions of municipalities

Member municipalities work on one platform, with the same rules and the same official list of violations, while each municipality's data remains its own. You can start with one or two municipalities and grow, with no change to the software.

For NGOs and donors

If you are an NGO, contact us

You can fund the system for municipalities you choose, especially small municipalities with limited resources.

  • Tangible support for local governance

Complete records that cannot be altered, clear follow-up of payments and better service for residents: results that show in the municipality's daily work.

  • Targeted funding

We agree with you on the municipalities that benefit, the duration of the funding and what it covers.

  • Privacy respected

Funding gives no one access to tickets or personal data. The records belong to the municipality alone.

Tell us about the areas and municipalities you work with, and we will get back to you to agree on the next steps.
